OUR CHAMPION; EMMANUELLA CHISOM JAMES

Our little drops of water is turning into a mighty moving ocean. Today we celebrate one of Hopespring Foundation school's founding pupils and the best graduating pupil of 2013/2014 session, Emmauella Chisom{Wanjoku} James. She is from Rivers state , Nigeria and is 15 years old. She is currently an S.S 2 student of Stafford House International School, Warri in Delta State Nigeria. Emmauella Started writing in primary three with her first book “The Bomb Blast”



Em Emmanuella is now a published author on Amazon with her book “Feelings” which is a collation of some of her lovely poetry. Her essay ‘Making Nigerian Football Attractive in a Digital Age’ won writinggamesng 2017, a national competition as First Position.
         Recently her story “Aminat the Rascal was among the few stories chosen for the Imbube Creative Writing Contest and she emerged as the First Runner Up in her category.
         Raising Young Authors is using this medium to celebrate this amazing author, poet and blogger, keep gunning for the top!
        Also we congratulate Mrs. Mary Musa, the management and staff of Hopespring Foundation School for providing a solid foundation that is raising this gigantic skyscraper. Keep up the good work.
         Keep aiming for the best Emmanuella, hope to see you soon on the International Writing Stage. Although you emerged as the first runner up in your category, YOU ARE OUR CHAMPION!!!!!

          “Yeah it’s time for recess!” shouted Jake and it was time to outside. The class perfect spent ten minutes arranging the line and she shouted “Oh come on, this break time is only thirty minutes!” She managed to arrange us and they went down stairs. When they got there, the Hummingbirds were already there and did not allow the us to play. By the time they finish playing, it was break over. We were sad. In my opinion, I believe break time should be extended to one hour.                My first point is, we need to make new friends and  we need more time to allow us to make new friends. Dear School Owner / Parents                                                           Primary Creative Writing Competition 2020 Invitation We are excited to kick off the Primary Creative Writing Competition 2020 ! This year is set to be bigger and definitely better than last year! The Primary Creative Writing Competition 2020 is made up of two stages: the Preliminary Stage and the Final Stage. The Preliminary Stage , which will hold in March 2020 , will be written at various locations across Nigeria; the top 10 will be chosen from every location and they will be invited to come in for the Final Stage , which will hold in April 2020. It was a boring afternoon with my sisters and I on the couch. Our parents had gone to work and weren’t coming home until tomorrow and there was nothing for us to do. The phones were down and the thunderstorm last night had smashed the Dstv dish. Suddenly, Stella my younger sister came up with an idea!                                                                                 ‘‘Why don’t we go on an adventure into the valley’’                                                                      Without even thinking about it I concluded it was a good idea. We all sprang up from the couch and raced to our various rooms. I put on a yellow T-shirt with animal paw prints all over it. I got my adventure bag and packed all the resources I needed.
